How it works

Weeks free

  • Your first 4 weeks free kick in after 8 weeks of continuous, paid cover (policy on direct debit).
  • If your product qualifies for extra free weeks, you’ll get them at month 13.

Waits waived on extras 

  • We’ll waive your 2-month extras waiting period, so you can claim on things like dental and physio from day one - this is great if you're new to health insurance! (you’ll need to have paid 4 weeks of premiums before we can pay these claims - but anything from your join date will be covered once that’s done.)
  • Switching from another Aussie health fund? Join within 2 months and we’ll usually recognise any waits you’ve already served anyway on comparable or lower cover.

Not available to previous members in the last 18 months or with any other promotional offer. First 4 weeks free applied after 8 weeks of continuous paid cover (direct debit required). Additional free weeks (if applicable) applied at month 13 for active, eligible policies. Total weeks free (4, 6 or 8) depends on product selected.
