Are natural therapies claimable on my extras?

Natural therapies are claimable on eligible extras covers when:

  • The service is delivered by an accredited provider recognised by see-u, and
  • The therapy is included on your specific extras product, and
  • The service meets our benefit rules and policy limits.

Not all providers or therapy types automatically qualify.

How do I make sure my natural therapy provider is eligible?

Before booking, we recommend confirming with your provider that:

  • They are accredited and recognised by see-u, and
  • They can process private health fund claims.

This helps avoid unexpected out-of-pocket costs.

You can also contact our Australian-based support team if you would like us to double-check for you. Call us on 1300 499 260 or email info@seeuhealthinsurance.com.au.
