How do I re-register for online services as a current member?
On Wednesday 4 February 2026, we updated the way our members log in to keep things more secure and easier to manage.
We now use person-based access, which means if you joined prior to 4 February, 2026 your old login details will no longer work.
To get back in, you’ll just need to complete a quick new registration if you haven’t already.
See below step by step instructions.
Step 1. Go to the website
Visit seeuhealthinsurance.com.
Step 2. Click ‘Login’
Select Login in the top right-hand corner of the page.
Step 3. Select ‘Register’ (important)
If you haven’t logged in since 4 February 2026, you’ll need to click Register.Your previous login details will no longer work.
Step 4. Enter your details
Enter your membership details as prompted, then select Next.
Step 5. Verify your email and create a password
Request a verification code, enter the code when it arrives, then create your new password.
Step 6. Set up extra security
You’ll be asked to set up multi-factor authentication. Enter your mobile number and choose how you’d like to verify your login. This adds an extra layer of protection to your account.
Choose one of the following options:
- Call Me
You’ll receive an automated phone call. Press # when prompted to verify.
No code is required and once verified, you’ll be logged in. - Send Code
You’ll receive a text message with a verification code.
Enter the code in the multi-factor authentication screen and select Verify Code.
If the code is correct, you’ll be logged in.
Important to know
Once you’ve re-registered, you won’t need to do this again.
Next time you return, simply select Log in, not Register.
The Register option will still appear, but it’s only for members who haven’t re-registered yet.

How do I access Online Services?
If you have a see-u policy, you can access both Online Member Services and the see-u app by registering with the email address linked to your policy.
You can:
- Visit Online Member Services, or
- Download the see-u app from the App Store or Google Play
Then follow the prompts to register or log in using your email address.
What can I do in Online Services?
Online Member Services and the see-u app make managing your health cover simple. You can:
- Submit Extras claims
- Check your remaining Extras limits
- Update your contact details
- View your policy details
- Find a doctor
- Order replacement membership cards
- Upload forms and documents
- View messages and documents in your Inbox
Members aged 15 and over can manage their own personal details and claims using their own login.
How do I log in?
Members register and log in using their email address, not their membership number. Your email address is your unique login for both the see-u app and Online Member Services.
Can other people on my policy have their own login?
Yes. Members aged 15 and over can log in using their own unique email address to manage their personal details and submit their own claims through the see-u app or Online Member Services.
What can members aged 15 and over manage themselves?
Members aged 15 and over can:
- Submit their own Extras claims
- View their own claims history and benefit limits
- Update their personal contact details
They won’t see other members on the policy. The main policy holder may still be able to view their details unless the member has chosen to keep them private.
Can the main policy holder still manage the whole policy?
Yes. The main policy holder can continue to view and manage the full policy in the see-u app and Online Member Services, including submitting claims for other members, unless a member has chosen to keep their details private.
Do I need the see-u app to manage my policy?
No. You can manage your policy using Online Member Services through your web browser.
The see-u app is optional, but it’s the quickest way to submit claims, upload documents, and manage your cover on the go.
Can I still make claims without using the app or Online Member Services?
Yes. Claims can also be submitted by email or post. However, the see-u app and Online Member Services are the fastest and easiest way to submit claims and manage your cover.
What happens if I choose to keep my details private?
If a member aged 15 and over chooses to keep their details private:
- Only that member can view or manage their personal details and claims
- The main policy holder won’t be able to access that information
This applies in both the see-u app and Online Member Services.
What if I need help?
If you have questions or need help using the see-u app or Online Member Services, our friendly Australian-based team is here to help.
